In this episode we go over some sanity-saving tips for the holidays that are fast approaching. ‘Tis the season for routine disruptions, family visits and colder weather. We’ll share some tips we’ve found have helped us stay on the straight and narrow through this potentially tumultuous time of the year. In Part 2 we try the Salted Caramel Pretzel Protein Bar from BPI Sports. They claim it’s the “best” protein bar, but we’ll be the judge of that! Finally, in Part 3, we go over our fears of the week in the Year of Fear Project.
